The heart of Stara Wędzarnia. We smoke on site, so the fish on your plate and in our shop is always fresh.

Golden from the smoke
Eel, mackerel, salmon, redfish and flounder are smoked slowly over wood. They come out golden, juicy and fragrant, just like we remember from the old seaside smokehouses.
